I've been working in Alberta real estate since 2004, and if there's one thing I've learned over the past 20-plus years, it's that no two properties, no two clients, and definitely no two tenants are ever the same!

I'm a REALTOR®, Broker/Owner of Kizmett Realty & Management Ltd., and someone who genuinely loves helping people navigate the world of real estate.

Over the years, I've helped people buy and sell homes, find tenants, manage investment properties, and work through just about every real estate situation imaginable. With more than $7 million in residential rents managed, I've seen firsthand what works, what doesn't, and what can go sideways when you least expect it.

And I'm not afraid to talk about it!

I believe real estate doesn't have to be intimidating, overly complicated or boring. Whether I'm sharing advice in one of my videos, touring a property or helping a landlord through a difficult situation, you'll always get straightforward answers, practical solutions and a little humour along the way.

I'm also a big believer that landlords shouldn't have to pay for services they don't need. That's why I created Listed & Leased with Emily, offering flexible, pay-as-you-go real estate services for landlords who want professional help without handing over the entire management of their property.
